Our deep cleaning is our diferencial. We clean in detail and sanitizes every room of your home. This is the only way we can guarantee a complete cleaning. We give to your furniture a new look and we also clean fridge, stove and oven.

Whether or not you are home during the cleaning is completely up to you. We do keep detailed information about any special cleaning instructions for our clients or any information about pets and alarm codes.
We can absolutely clean homes that have a pet. We do ask that our clients tell us about any pets and tell us the pet’s name and if there are any special instructions.
Absolutely! If there are any specific or additional services or cleaning procedures that you would like, please contact us prior to the cleaning and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.

* But we always advise our customers to have their own products and equipment.  this ensures that you can use exactly the products of your choice and that you do not have any type of cross-contamination from house to house.

Our goal is to do your cleaning just the way you’d like it done, every time.  If you are dissatisfied with anything we’ve cleaned for you, please call us within 24 hours of your cleaning.  We will send a Cleaning Technician to your home to redo any work that was not done to your satisfaction.
A block of your cleaner’s time is set aside for your requested cleaning.  We require a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning so that we can assign other work to your cleaner(s). We understand that this is sometimes unavoidable, so if you must call within the 48-hr window, we do have to charge you in full for that date. We will however, happily reschedule this clean to be performed for you within the next 5 business days to make up the charge.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning , biweekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning, among other options, contact us if you have any specific questions about it.
We will begin our services with an initial deep cleaning of your home. Many different tasks will be performed during the clean that takes our cleaning professionals extra time and effort. Deep cleanings generally take 2-4 times longer than a regular cleaning.

Our office hours are Mondays through Saturday 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The arrival time for the first clean of the day is 8:00 a.m.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept Cash, Venmo, Check, Zelle and Paypal.
